The first lab, operating since October 2020, with initial funding and support from the Qatar Red Crescent Society. It sits next to the Lamu Rehabilitation Center, where people in recovery spend time building technical skills.
Built entirely from repurposed shipping containers, I.O.Me05 brings 3D printing, electronics and carpentry within reach of a community that had never had a fab lab before.
